Kirk Paille brings over 20 years of experience in higher education and edtech to RNL, blending strategic insight with a hands-on approach to client success, partnerships, and business growth. Most recently, he served as director of partner strategy and solution development at Collegis Education, where he worked closely with university leaders to align services with institutional goals, launch new partnerships, and drive enrollment and retention outcomes. Before that, he was vice president of partnerships at AVENU Learning, helping universities expand their online programs globally, especially across Latin America.
Kirk spent over a decade at Wiley Education Services (formerly Deltak), where he led client partnerships and drove growth by launching new programs, securing long-term contracts, and developing high-performing teams. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at DeVry University, focused on admissions and recruitment strategy. He also has served as an advisor to an edtech startup on client engagement strategies, helping them refine operations and build scalable processes.
