Refund/Returns Policy:

Ruffalo Noel Levitz accepts returns or exchanges if the item purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 319.362.7483 with details of the product and the defect/damage. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, Ruffalo Noel Levitz will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will not include the cost of returned shipping.

Event Cancellations

Registration fees for Ruffalo Noel Levitz conferences, workshops, and forums may be refundable, in part or in full according to the advertised cancellation policy for each event. See the advertised cancellation deadlines for specific events for more information. Registrants who do not attend an event and do not cancel their registration by the advertised deadline are liable for the entire registration fee (including cancellation for medical, business, or family reasons). Name substitutions may be made at any time. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
