Survey Entry Issues

The link I received isn’t working, what can I do?

The link I received isn’t working, what can I do?

If the link you received isn’t working, please try to copy and paste the link instead of clicking on it. Next, try a different browser. If that doesn’t work, I would change with your campus contact to ensure you were sent the correct link.

I can’t proceed past the login page of the survey, what can I do?

Double check that all fields are complete on the login page of the survey. It’s easy to miss a field (especially the gender field).

I entered my login information/clicked on the link and it says I’ve already completed the survey, what can I do?

If you are receiving this message, you have  already completed the survey. Think back, have did you take a the survey a couple of weeks ago?

If your campus is indicating you haven’t completed the survey, but you are receiving a message indicating you have, it is possible that we have a duplicated record for you (one complete and one not complete). They might want to check this.

I’ve completed part of the survey but I can’t proceed or was kicked out, what can I do?

If you started the survey, but haven’t finished, you can come back and complete the survey! Log back in the same way you started the survey (with the same credentials), once you have confirmed your information, you should pick up where you were last in the survey. If you are still having trouble, you might try a different web-browser or a difference device.

I’ve completed the survey, entered my information, requested my report, but my report is not being sent to me. What can I do?

It sounds like the original email address entered when completing the survey was inaccurate. If this is the case, you can reach out to your campus for a copy of your report or an RNL team member will send a link when we are available.
