Theresa provides strategic leadership for RNL digital giving partners, maximizing their success with crowdfunding, giving days, and our digital giving solutions. Theresa leads our client solutions team to provide support for RNL Digital Giving powered by ScaleFunder, including giving days and crowdfunding. The team accelerates strategy on peer-to-peer fundraising efforts, leadership match and challenge gifts, AI chatbot strategy, personal education fundraising, and digital campaign best practices. The next-gen QuadWrangle AI-driven engagement platform also helps organizations personalize outreach at scale.
Theresa joined RNL in 2019, and has helped hundreds of clients craft data-driven strategy for donor engagement. Before joining RNL, Theresa launched the successful crowdfunding program at the University of Iowa. She was team leader for the record-setting giving day, One Day for Iowa. Before that, she was a public and media relations leader at Drake University and a student affairs and Greek affairs professional at Iowa State University. She has experience in enrollment, student life and philanthropy.
Theresa holds a bachelor of arts in Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Iowa, and a master’s degree in higher education administration from Iowa State University.
