Dr. Tara Evans is an enrollment management professional with more than 15 years of experience in the field. She works with RNL’s college and university partners to discover the optimal strategies for reaching their enrollment goals and sustaining their success.
Previously, Tara held admissions positions at Franklin College, Purdue University, and Butler University. At each institution, Tara generated growth in key enrollment categories while managing new processes in such a way that academic quality and student performance remained consistent. She also served as vice president for enrollment management at International School of Indiana (a preschool-grade 12 independent school), providing strategic oversight for new-student recruitment and supported the enrollment of all students.
Education and associations
Tara maintains her knowledge of industry standards by attending regional and national conferences along with reading higher education articles and publications. Currently, she serves as immediate president of the Indiana Association for College Admission Counseling (INACAC) and is a member of the Affiliates Presidents Council for the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC).
Tara holds a Doctor of Philosophy in higher education leadership from Indiana State University, a Master of Public Affairs in nonprofit management from IUPUI, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hanover College.
