Linda Hoopes, PhD

Linda Hoopes joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz in 2010 as a consultant before transitioning to her current role as Vice President, University Partnerships.

Dr. Hoopes assists the team of seasoned experts who conduct the RNL Campus Opportunity Analysis on college and university campuses year-round and is a primary collaborator with RNL leadership to craft successful campus partnerships.

Previous experience

Dr. Hoopes has over a decade of progressive enrollment experience with her work at Upper Iowa University and Waldorf College, as well as through her position as an administrator at an independent academy prior to joining RNL. During her career in higher education, Dr. Hoopes was a member of several state and national organizations. She was selected as a 2007-08 Thrivent Fellow and also served as an HLC Peer Reviewer and AQIP Appraiser for several years.

Education

Dr. Hoopes received her BA from the University of Northern Iowa, an MA from Amberton University (TX), and her PhD from Capella University (MN) in 2004.
