Kim Myrick joined RNL in February 2012 and currently serves as vice president and consultant for enrollment management.
With more than 25 years of direct experience in admission, financial aid, staff development, retention, website development, event management and institutional marketing, Kim is passionate about institutional and student success.
Kim completed her BA at the University of Tulsa and then began her career as an admission counselor at TU. Moving to the University of Denver as assistant director of admission, she also managed on campus events and coordinated scholarships and aid for new students. Kim completed her MA in Human Communication studies at the University of Denver. Moving to Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado, Kim served as director of undergraduate admission. She was promoted to vice president for enrollment at CCU, overseeing undergraduate admission, adult degree completion programs on four campuses, financial aid, and marketing.
At LaGrange College in LaGrange, Georgia, Kim supervised admission and financial aid. Joining University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas, as vice president for enrollment management, Kim supervised admission, financial aid, and the university website. During Kim’s tenure, and using RNL modeling, search and qualification programs, Ozarks experienced significant growth in the number of applications and the completion rate. In one year, new first year student enrollment increased by more than 30 percent. Through the successful implementation of a constituent relationship management system, the admission staff was able to manage growth without increasing staffing levels.
Another of Kim’s passions is service to professional organizations. Kim has served Great Plains Association for College Admission Counseling as membership chair and Rocky Mountain ACAC as College Fair Coordinator and later as President. Kim was an elected delegate to the NACAC Assembly and later elected the NACAC vice president for professional development. Kim was also a member of NACCAP and served on the Chief Enrollment Officers’ Advisory Board for the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities.
Kim looks forward to working alongside campus enrollment leaders and applying RNL tools and resources to improve enrollment outcomes. She is enthusiastic about visiting campuses in Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming to learn more about your goals, challenges, and successes.
Kim’s office is in Arkansas where she lives with her husband, Danny, and their three children.
