As vice president of Market and Research Services, Jessica Ickes assists RNL clients in taking a data-informed approach to their enrollment planning and new program development initiatives. Jessica has collaborated with colleges and universities on survey research, academic program development and prioritization, and the use of internal and external data to inform strategy and planning.
Jessica offers more than 20 years of higher education experience in institutional research and effectiveness, accreditation, survey research, and executive leadership. Before joining RNL full-time, she served as an RNL Market Research Services associate for five years and has done data analysis for more than 100 clients.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from Andrews University.
