Andy Baker has been a member of the RNL team since 2013. Andy is responsible for leading and establishing program strategies around RNL campaigns. He is here to embrace challenges and help lead campus partners to success with customized enrollment management solutions and ongoing consulting.
He began as a client strategist, where his primary duties included creating and executing search and direct marketing strategies in support of clients’ enrollment goals. He later transitioned to client development, where he was responsible for identifying growth opportunities for both new and existing clients. Andy’s areas of expertise are inquiry pool development, engagement marketing, enrollment strategy, and statistical analysis.
Previous campus experience
In total, Andy has been working in the higher education space for more than 15 years. His admissions career began in 2003 at Palmer College (FL), where he was hired as an admissions recruiter. In 2007, he joined the enrollment leadership team at Stetson University (FL). He led and supervised the admissions operations team and managed staffing costs, operating expenses, and vendor partnerships and strategy.

Andy holds an MBA from Stetson University and bachelor’s degree in marketing from Ohio University.
