David Lofthouse is an enrollment management veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in higher education. As vice president of enrollment management, David assists RNL clients with optimizing undergraduate enrollment, leveraging his expertise in enrollment that has led to record-breaking growth for multiple institutions in wide-ranging market segments.
David believes strongly in success through effective teamwork combined with data-informed decision-making. His intuitive sense for prioritizing and fixing broken systems has served him and the institutions he worked for. As an independent consultant before joining RNL, he helped one school turn around a 12-year downward trend and increase incoming new students by 22 percent. He has extensive experience in international student recruitment and dynamic sales training for admission counselors. He credits much of his success to his ability to recognize and adapt to the rapidly changing marketplace in higher education.
Education
David holds a Master of Arts in leadership from Brandman University (now University of Massachusetts Global). He also attained a Bachelor of Science in communication and marketing from Andrews University.
