Beth joined RNL in 2021, bringing 10 years of experience in higher education brand and recruitment marketing. As associate vice president of creative, she leads RNL’s award-winning content team in turning big ideas into big results, creating campaigns that don’t just look good—they work. Leveraging innovative storytelling and student-centric campaign development, she collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver creative for enrollment marketing services, digital marketing, and search engine optimization for hundreds of diverse institutions annually.
Since joining RNL, the creative content and design team has earned 100+ industry awards for creative excellence, including recognition from the Service Industry Advertising Awards, Education Digital Marketing Awards, and Higher Education Marketing Awards.

Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and electronic media from the University of Tennessee and a Master of Arts in corporate communication from Austin Peay State University.
