Joshua Robertson joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz in January of 1997 as a student fundraiser at The University of Georgia and has since served in several key operations positions including Program Center Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Director of Operations and Consultant. He has worked with more than 60 institutions in managing their on-site phonathon programs, including Stanford, New York University, UT Austin, UGA, Pepperdine University and the University of Sydney. In his role as Director of Operations, his responsibilities included oversight for 52 professional staff members, strategic planning, annual giving consulting and goal achievement.
Josh was also a key participant in the Ruffalo Noel Levitz ISO 9000 certification team, PCI compliance team, and worked closely with the business intelligence group to create new reporting tools that effectively illustrate key metrics and trends for clients and internal staff.
As Senior Vice President of Product Development, Josh oversees existing and potential strategic partnerships with other organizations and works with clients and internal staff to develop new and enhanced services based on evolving industry needs. Josh has extensive annual giving experience related to data integrity, integrated multichannel strategies and analytics. Josh has presented at the SEC Annual Giving Conference, Florida Annual Giving Summit, Ruffalo Noel Levitz Reignite Conference and the CASE Multichannel Marketing and Successful Annual Giving Conference on topics ranging from the evolution of email in fundraising to effective multichannel strategies and planning.
He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
