We’re normally out on the road meeting with you on campus during these months, but we can’t do that right now. So, we welcome you once again to RNL @Home, the chance to spy on our video calls with enrollment, student success and fundraising leaders.

On this episode, Boyd Bradshaw, Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Enrollment Officer at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) joins RNL’s Kevin Crockett to talk about what IUPUI is doing to retain current students, make sure they are successful and bring in the fall class.

IUPUI’s full campus effort to retain students and ensure their success

Some key things IUPUI is doing to support students and families in the COVID-19 crisis:

  • Reaching out to every enrolled student with calls from volunteers from across campus.
  • Working to ensure key technology is in place.
  • Increased communications with parents during this challenging time.
  • Making plans and contingency plans for fall instruction and residence on campus.

Boyd’s description of a broad, inclusive and agile communication plan is a great strategy to help maintain enrollment and ensure student success.
