Gina Randklev helps fuel success for our donor engagement partner clients, using data-driven strategy to maximize results and boost ROI. This strategy crosses numerous outreach efforts, off-site engagement centers, along with omnichannel marketing outreach, crowdfunding, giving days, and boosting the major/planned giving pipeline.
Previous Experience
One of RNL’s most experienced leaders, Gina joined the RNL team over three decades ago and has served in numerous leadership roles. This includes time as a regional operations manager, senior operations manager and in various client success roles. She has helped propel the success of the University of Georgia, The Archdiocese of St. Paul and and Washington, D.C., Colorado Public Radio, and Catholic University of America. This short list cannot describe the dozens of organizations that Gina has helped in her career.
Education
Gina holds an associate’s degree in arts from Kirkwood Community College.
