Courtney Greene, Retention Products Support SpecialistCourtney Greene provides technical support to Ruffalo Noel Levitz clients to ensure the effective use of the Ruffalo Noel Levitz Satisfaction-Priorities Assessments and the Retention Management System Plus™ products and reporting systems. Ms. Greene assists clients with collecting, administering, and processing assessment data that have proven effective for early intervention strategies and satisfaction-importance analyses at colleges and university nationwide.


Ms. Greene holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with emphasis in management and organizations, from the University of Iowa.
