Autumn joined Ruffalo Noel Levitz in January of 2006 and has served as a program center manager, senior operations manager, director of operations, and most recently as vice president of onsite call center operations. She has worked with over 20 different public and private institutions across the United States in directly managing their onsite phonathon programs, providing consultation on best practices, and designing specific strategic plans to meet their annual giving goals.
In her current role, Autumn manages a team of six directors and is responsible for over 180 full-time staff members who oversee the calling operations onsite for more than 170 fundraising and enrollment management programs in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Prior to joining Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Autumn was the assistant director of the annual fund at the Shippensburg University Foundation in Pennsylvania. She managed a manual calling program that employed over 75 callers and generated more than $400,000 annually through the phone program. Additional responsibilities included managing the Senior Class Campaign, Young Alumni programming, quarterly reporting, direct mail, and managing a team of volunteers.
Autumn received both her Bachelors and Masters of Science from Shippensburg University.
