As senior consultant, account management, Autumn is focused on providing strategic consultation and critical insights to help your program innovate and succeed. She is responsible for providing guidance for overall program strategy and delivery, working closely with our Client Success team to ensure your expectations are met. Autumn is dedicated to listening to and interpreting your goals into meaningful and successful donor outreach. She is committed to building strong client partnerships that our clients expect from RNL.
Autumn has been with RNL for over 15 years and served many roles, most recently as vice president of client success and engagement center operations. She has worked with hundreds of public and private institutions across the United States in directly managing their onsite engagement programs, providing consultation on best practices, and designing specific strategic plans to meet their objectives. She was also responsible for managing a team of over 140 full-time staff who oversee engagement operations for both fundraising and enrollment programs.
Prior to joining RNL, Autumn was the assistant director of the annual fund at the Shippensburg University Foundation in Pennsylvania. She was responsible for direct marketing, Senior Class Campaign, Young Alumni programming, quarterly reporting, and managing a team of volunteers.
Autumn graduated with a bachelor’s and master’s from Shippensburg University and continues to play an active role with her alumni chapter.
