Currently, our online order form is unavailable, but we would be happy to assist you with your order submission. To process your order, please email StudentSuccessTech@RuffaloNL.com with the following details:

  • Your Institution Name
  • Survey(s) you wish to order (College Student Inventory/Mid-Year Student Assessment/Second-Year Student Assessment)
  • The band of surveys you wish to purchase – you do not have to purchase the same band for each survey type
  • Your survey timeline (an estimate of when you plan to administer the survey).

The purchased surveys will be available for your usage until March 31, 2022. After March 31, 2022, no credits will remain. Instead, a new purchase will need to be made to grant access to additional surveys.

Note, after we receive your order (or you confirm your order with us), you should expect your survey(s) to be setup in the next week or so with an invoice to follow. Once your survey is setup, you can adjust customization as needed. We will replicate your customization from your last administration.

Invoices will be sent about a week after your order is processed unless a specific invoice date is requested.
