Forum, to be held December 5-6 in Boston, will provide campus leaders with roadmap for effective strategic planning
November 2, 2017: Ruffalo Noel Levitz, leading provider of higher education enrollment management, student success, and fundraising solutions, will outline strategies for creating a high-impact, data-driven strategic enrollment plan at a day-and-a-half forum, Dec. 5-6, in Boston. The Strategic Enrollment Planning Executive Forum will be presented by Lewis Sanborne, vice president and editor of Strategic Enrollment Planning: A Dynamic Collaboration; Kevin Crockett, Ruffalo Noel Levitz senior executive; senior vice presidents Gary Fretwell and Sarah Coen; and Michael Williams, senior executive.
Forum topics:
- External trends and demands that influence student enrollment
- Academic program trends and revenue implications
- Strategies for student success and new-student enrollment
- Return-on-investment analyses used to set priorities and goals
- Tips for plan development and execution
According to Sanborne, “Today’s campus leaders must be prepared to meet the changing academic demands, employment needs, and increasing diversity of learners. At this high-impact forum, we’ll dig deep into how to make the strategic enrollment planning process effective. We encourage participants to bring a team, use the forum as a strategic enrollment planning retreat, and leave re-energized, organized, and prepared to make positive enrollment change happen on their campuses.”
Hands-on planning time will be provided for individual attendees and teams to apply SEP concepts and to begin their plans. Each attendee will have access to an informative set of online materials, including copies of all presentations, in addition to the Ruffalo Noel Levitz book, Strategic Enrollment Planning: A Dynamic Collaboration, the most comprehensive study of the topic.
