Dr. Stephanie Miller is an executive consultant specializing in student retention. She offers more than 30 years of experience in higher education and has worked in enrollment management since 1999.
Previous Campus Experience
Before coming to Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Dr. Miller served as the vice president and dean of enrollment management at Westminster College (MO) where she managed all aspects of the college’s strategic enrollment plan. Prior to that, she was the vice president for enrollment management at Southwest Baptist University (MO), where she was responsible for admissions, financial aid, marketing, advising, student success, web services, and career planning. She helped increase enrollments with recruitment and retention plans that built strategic partnerships between academics, enrollment, and student services, and that regarded change and transformation critical to the processes that lead to student success.
Dr. Miller received a doctor of higher education leadership degree from Nova Southeastern University (FL) and a master’s in education from Drury University (MO).
