Dr. Jennifer Schneider serves as a market research analyst for RNL. She joined RNL in 2019 and brings 17 years of experience as a social scientist within higher education. Jennifer’s areas of expertise are in survey design/methodology, climate assessments, diversity and inclusion research, multivariate analyses, recent alumni engagement, educational programming and evaluation, women in STEM, and scale development.
Previously, Jennifer worked as a survey methodologist and research analyst at Colorado State University in the Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Effectiveness, as a diversity researcher at University of North Texas and served as a project manager, researcher, and university climate consultant for the NSF ADVANCE grant for the Council of Colleges of Arts and Sciences, North Carolina State University, and University of Northern Colorado. Jennifer is committed to action research and working to identify themes and takeaways critical to reaching institutional goals.
Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in psychology from North Carolina State University and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio).
