Assessments of the satisfaction and priorities of undergraduate students, graduate students, adult and online learners, and parents of students

Ruffalo Noel Levitz annually publishes national reports summarizing the composite results from campuses using our Satisfaction-Priorities Surveys, including the Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI), the Institutional Priorities Survey (IPS), the Adult Student Priorities Survey (ASPS), the Adult Learner Inventory (ALI), and the Parent Satisfaction Inventory (PSI).

These reports are the national standard for student satisfaction assessment and have appeared in higher education publications as well as USA Today

National Satisfaction and Priorities Reports2018 National Student Satisfaction and Priorities Report
This report examines data from nearly 900 institutions and more than 600,000 students. The report looks at satisfaction for students at a variety of institutions and student populations, including:

  • Four-year public, four-year private, and two-year public institutions
  • Traditional-aged students, adult learners, and graduate students
  • Online learners
  • Student subpopulations by ethnicity, gender, class load, work status, and more.
