Maximizing Donor Outreach With the Digital Engagement Center

It's important now more than ever to make a personal connection with donors. With traditional methods upended by the pandemic, RNL has moved engagement centers online and remote to maintain donor engagement in this challenging time.

The "center" is no longer a place, but an omnichannel platform that can engage donors across calling, texting, video, and social media. Integrated communications that tap the power of mobile devices have kept fundraisers on track with goals, and set records at some institutions.

This webinar explores how the transformation of what we used to call "phonathon" is maximizing the investment of RNL partners, including insights on:
  • The effectiveness of remote student ambassador engagement and flexible, hybrid centers that can operate in any situation.
  • The impact of integrated texting, personalized video, and other digital outreach on results.
  • How key metrics have actually risen during the pandemic and how you can take advantage of the technology that made it possible.
  • How to organize campaigns for maximum ROI with tight resources and maximize the student ambassador experience.
  • Tips on quickly establishing or re-establishing your program with examples of how RNL partners have succeeded.
