About the presenters
Dawn Hiles, Chief Business Development Officer, RNL
Before joining RNL in 2013, Dawn Hiles served as vice president of enrollment management and dean of admissions at Drury University (MO), where she partnered with RNL. While in this role, and she credits the RNL partnership as an integral factor in achieving record-breaking results. During her time as vice president for enrollment management, Drury experienced the three highest years of enrollment in the university’s 138 year history, while simultaneously increasing the class profile and net tuition revenue.

Matt Krov, Associate Vice President, RNL
Matt Krov leads product development for RNL’s enrollment management solutions. He has more than 15 years of enrollment management experience at selective institutions, including admissions, financial aid, and marketing. Before coming to RNL, Matt served as dean of admission at Austin College. He has served on The College Board, Texas Association for College Admission Counseling (TACAC), NACAC, The Independent Colleges and Universities of Texas (ICUT), Texas Association of Financial Aid Administrators (TASFAA), NASFAA, and The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB).

Adam Connolly, Vice President of Enrollment Management, RNL
Adam Connolly has more than 15 years of experience in higher education, specifically enrollment management. He served as Vice President of Enrollment Management and Marketing at Coker University (SC) prior to transitioning to RNL. At Coker, Adam led an enrollment team that helped the university achieve record enrollment numbers three different times during his tenure. He currently serves as Vice President for Enrollment Management at RNL. Adam’s area of experience and interest lies specifically in enrollment pipeline foundation, financial aid leveraging, and comprehensive enrollment and retention best practices.
