Drew Melendres is an enrollment management professional with more than 15 years of experience in higher education. Drew brings a data-driven view to how campuses should look at enrollment management and student success challenges, ensuring that colleges and universities have the strategies, solutions, and technologies they need to achieve their enrollment goals and maximize the ROI on their efforts. Before joining RNL in 2022, Drew served as the chief client service officer at Ardeo Education Solutions, an organization focused on helping schools increase enrollment by taking away the fear of student debt. Drew has also served as an SVP of enrollment management and student affairs at both private and public universities, helping them strategically improve operational efficiencies and grow enrollment.

Nathan Ament, Vice President for Enrollment Management, Loyola University New Orleans
Nathan is an experienced enrollment manager having served in leadership roles at a variety of institutions in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Louisiana. He also has extensive experience in CRM technology, along with communication and marketing strategies, having worked in consultative sales positions at both TargetX and KelmscottEDU. Nathan believes in managing an enrollment operation with an eye on logic, humility, and humor. His 20-year career has provided him with practical experience in all areas of strategic enrollment management and execution. He has been successful with a cooperative, data-driven, and inventive approach to enrollment and he draws on these experiences when developing and executing strategy for Loyola University New Orleans.
