About the presenters
Dawn Hiles, Senior Vice President, RNL
Before joining RNL in 2013, Dawn Hiles served as vice president of enrollment management and dean of admissions at Drury University (MO). During her time as vice president for enrollment management, Drury experienced the three highest years of enrollment in the university's 138 year history, while simultaneously increasing the class profile and net tuition revenue. Ms. Hiles brings a data-driven approach to identifying solutions and strategies that benefit the entire institution.

Scott Jeffe, Vice President, Research (Graduate and Online), RNL
Scott Jeffe has worked with more than 200 institutions in 40+ states to apply market data to strategic decisions. With a focus on profiling the demands and preferences of nontraditional (adult, online, etc.) students, Scott has developed a unique sensitivity to ensuring that programs align with student demand while upholding institutional mission and values. He is a regular presenter at national conferences and is the author and co-author of numerous reports.

Bob Stewart, Vice President, RNL
Bob Stewart works directly with colleges and universities throughout the South to help them maximize their graduate enrollment at every stage of the funnel. He has more than 20 years of higher education enrollment experience at private and comprehensive campuses across the Southeast. His particular areas of expertise include the process of offboarding an OPM and scaling up on campus. In Bob's current role, he loves talking to campus partners seeing opportunities to help them improve their enrollment process.

Robert Green, Vice President of Digital Learning, RNL
Rob Green is a senior business operations and product entrepreneur, serving as RNL's vice president of digital learning. Previously, Rob was the vice president for digital learning at Columbia College Chicago, while working as a consultant to RNL, working with the CEO on projects focused in the lifelong learning space. Rob has consistently pushed the envelope in higher education, arts, and technology. Rob is interested in dynamically changing the way students learn and consume education and information within the skill-based learning sector. Rob is the former COO/CFO of the award winning Berklee Online, the Continuing Education division for the Berklee College of Music.

Dawn Wilson, Lead Instructional Designer, RNL
Dawn has over 15 years of experience in education as a Business and Technology teacher and an Instructional Designer. Her accomplishments include developing and teaching courses within a variety of subject areas including business, technology, immersive media, and user experience design. She has also worked on secondary education committees and with higher education institutions to develop online programs, adopt technology tools, and train faculty on the development of online course and pedagogical best practices.
