About the presenters
Adrian Matthys, Assistant Vice President for Annual Giving, Oklahoma State University Foundation
Adrian Matthys has over 20 years of development and alumni relations experience gained at both large public and smaller private institutions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of Texas as well as a Master of Arts in Anthropology with a specialization in organization cultures and leadership of higher education institutions from the University of Houston. Adrian's passion for annual giving and the field of higher education advancement has led him to past service on the CASE IV District Cabinet and to teach undergraduate courses on the fundamentals of resource development during his time at the University of Texas at Austin.

Tyrell Warren-Burnett, Senior Director of Annual Giving, Oregon State University Foundation
Tyrell Warren-Burnett has served as the Senior Director of Annual Giving at the Oregon State University Foundation since August 2017. At the OSU Foundation, he provides strategic execution and management of a comprehensive annual giving program focused on acquisition and pipeline development. Prior to this, Tyrell worked at the Washington State University Foundation where he led Annual Giving for three years. He also served as Strategic Marketing and Direct Mail Coordinator for annual giving at WSU, after working for several years in sales and marketing. His marketing experience has allowed him to take a unique approach to annual giving that helps to create innovative and forward-thinking strategies. Tyrell is a current member of the CASE VIII District Cabinet Conference. One of his passions and involvement within the fundraising industry has been around helping to increase diversity within the profession as well as building community amongst its diverse fundraising professionals. Tyrell holds a BS from Michigan State University and an MBA from Ashford University.

Meg Weber, Senior Vice President, RNL
Meg Weber is a strategic fundraising expert with over two decades of experience in higher education advancement. She serves as an industry luminary and expert on advancement topics for her RNL strategic partners. Previously, Meg served Colorado State University as executive director of annual giving. Her efforts helped move CSU from low performance to a leader in the region and Mountain West Conference. Meg has been at the front of numerous innovative and forward-thinking programs and has held positions at Community Funded, University of Texas at Arlington, University of North Texas, and Washington State University.
