Objective

The University of West Florida wanted to create a unique and inviting presence on the Web that they could sustain and grow.

Action

The university worked with Ruffalo Noel Levitz, in partnership with OmniUpdate, the leading provider of content management systems in higher education, to create a new microsite to engage prospective students.

Outcome

The engaging new microsite leads prospective students to key enrollment process information while introducing them to content features that will help them develop stronger relationships with individuals from campus. Highlights of the site include a “Wikipedia-like” feature that gives students “insider” access to UWF places, people, and jargon; easy access to live, online support and FAQs’ and social media engagement through Facebook and ArgoNation, the university’s own private social media asset.
