Tapped Ruffalo Noel Levitz to redesign the university’s Web site (www.okbu.edu), which included: discovery research, navigation development, design concept development, content development, and training in Web writing for staff. Made Ruffalo Noel Levitz a partner in Turnkey Email Services.

Results

Discovery research helped identify the types of information prospective students and parents wanted to see online, allowing the university to develop Web content that would meet the needs of these key audiences. The new Web site's functionality and ease of navigation have also been well-received by prospective students and parents, current students, and faculty. Turnkey Email Services have freed up staff time and immediately strengthened the university's recruitment messages, which in turn dramatically increased open rates and responses.
