Chris Pesotski, Executive ConsultantChris Pesotski offers more than 20 years of experience in higher education and financial aid management. He is an extremely well-rounded higher education professional, with expertise in financial aid operations, financial aid awarding, enrollment management, developing and implementing student recruitment and retention strategies, university compliance (state and federal), and more.

Previously, Mr. Pesotski served at The University of the Arts (PA) as assistant vice president of enrollment and director of student financial services, where he and his team doubled customer satisfaction and brought in three consecutive record classes under budget. He combined the student billing and financial aid offices to increase customer service and reduce costs.

Memberships and education

With experience in both public and private institutions, Chris has served the industry as an executive board member for the NJASFAA, a board member of the NE Association of Student Employment Administrators, a committee member for the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators and an advisory board member for NJ Higher Education Student Assistance Authority, College Board PowerFAIDS, Citizens Bank and SallieMae Pennsylvania.

Chris holds a M.Ed. in education from Widener University and a BA in English and communications from Cabrini College.
