Chad Friedlein, Senior Vice President of Client RelationsRichmond, VA

Chad started as a caller at Ruffalo Noel Levitz in 1994. He was promoted to a supervisory role 18 months later. In this new position, he supervised a variety of telephone outreach programs for colleges and universities, fraternities, and religious and cultural organizations.

In 1997, Chad was promoted to the position of program center manager at the University of Georgia center. As program center manager, Chad was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, recruiting supervisors and callers, organizing team meetings, and developing and maintaining a close relationship with the client through site visits, development meetings, monitoring, and final reports.

In January of 2000, Chad was promoted to senior operations manager & consultant. During his time in this role he was responsible for managing the program center managers and program results for Ruffalo Noel Levitz telephone outreach programs at more than 20 schools including the University of Georgia, Vanderbilt University, University of North Carolina, Washington University in St. Louis, University of Chicago, and Indiana University.

In July of 2006, Chad was promoted to director of operations, managing four senior operations managers and overseeing 26 on-campus telephone outreach sites across the United States.

In his current role, Chad oversees all Ruffalo Noel Levitz on-site fundraising management operations in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Chad graduated from Piedmont College in Athens, GA with a degree in business administration. In his free time, he enjoys watching and participating in sports of all kinds and spending time with his family.
