John PlottsDr. John Plotts consults for Ruffalo Noel Levitz from his position as vice president for enrollment at the University of Dallas. He has more than 20 years of experience as an enrollment management professional, with extensive expertise in strategic enrollment planning, student recruitment, campus marketing, and financial aid awarding.

Dr. Plotts transformed enrollment operations at the University of Dallas, making the campus more strategic and data-informed in its enrollment management. During his tenure, the campus has experienced a 17.5 percent enrollment increase among first-time-in-college students in just one year, enrolled two dozen National Merit Finalists, and maintained its high SAT ranking, all while increasing its yield rate by 7 percent and substantially increasing net revenue.

Prior to his arrival at the University of Dallas, Dr. Plotts previously held the position of vice president for enrollment and accreditation at Parker University. He restructured and re-engineered the college's planning and evaluation process, implemented a new strategic retention program, raised more than $1 million through strategic business partnerships, among many other accomplishments. He began his enrollment management career at Dallas Baptist University, where he rose from director of admissions to vice president for executive and student affairs. He also served as the director of the Howard Center for Christian Studies.

Dr. Plotts is a member of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, the National Association of College Admissions Counselors, and the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. He holds an EdDfrom the University of North Texas, a master's degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a bachelor's degree from Baptist Bible College of Pennsylvania.
