Ruffalo Noel Levitz Associate Consultant Christine BenedictChristine Benedict currently serves as the vice-president for enrollment management at Edgewood College. She came to the role with 15 years of experience in higher education, mostly in the field of admissions and enrollment management. Her professional interests include enrollment management, retention, first-year experience, assessment, and marketing.

Ms. Benedict began her career at Edgewood College as an admissions counselor and was promoted to the director of undergraduate admissions in 2005. The college enjoyed several years of steady first-year and transfer student enrollment during her tenure as director, including a number of record enrollment years. Ms. Benedict completed the 2012 Institute for Management and Leadership in Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She took on the role of vice-president for enrollment management in 2014 and now oversees the work of undergraduate and graduate admissions and operations, financial aid/one-stop, and marketing and communications. She has also worked in judicial affairs and with the National Survey for Student Engagement (NSSE).


Ms. Benedict received a bachelor’s degree in French and biology from Lawrence University (WI). She received a master’s degree in higher education administration from Indiana University (IN).
