Boyd Bradshaw, Associate ConsultantDr. Boyd A. Bradshaw is the associate vice chancellor for enrollment management and chief enrollment officer at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI). Dr. Bradshaw has more than 17 years of extensive experience devoted to the specialized field of enrollment management. Throughout his tenure as an enrollment manager, he has consistently maximized the enrollment potential of the institutions he has served while improving the incoming class’ academic profile. He offers extensive experience in student recruitment planning, student retention, enrollment marketing and communications, and enrollment technologies.

At IUPUI, Dr. Bradshaw is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the strategic enrollment management plan, provides leadership for a team of 231, and manages an institutional financial aid budget of over $21.2 million and an annual operating budget of over $8.9 million. He directs operations for the Office of Undergraduate Admission, Student Financial Services, Student Scholarships, Registrar, Office for Veterans and Military Personnel, and IUPUI and Ivy Tech Coordinated Student Programs (Passport).

Previously, Dr. Bradshaw was the vice president for enrollment management at Logan University (MO), where he led a major transformation to convert Logan from a college to a university, which included the expansion of the College of Health Sciences. Dr. Bradshaw has also served as the vice president for enrollment management at Valparaiso University (IN), vice provost for enrollment management at Saint Louis University (MO), assistant vice chancellor for enrollment management at the University of Louisville (KY), and assistant vice chancellor for enrollment management at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (IL).

Education

Dr. Bradshaw received his Doctorate of Education from Saint Louis University, where he was nominated for a 2007 CASE award for his dissertation, “Factors Influencing the College Choice of First-Time Freshmen.” He also holds BS and MS degrees from Eastern Illinois University.
