Bernice Lindke, Associate ConsultantBernice Lindke served as an enrollment management professional for more than 20 years at Eastern Michigan University, holding positions in enrollment management, student affairs, and financial aid. Throughout her career at the university, Ms. Lindke used a strategic, data-informed approach to increase enrollment, strengthen student retention, and increase efficiency and revenue.

During her most recent tenure as vice president of the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management, she oversaw a host of campus departments, including admissions, financial aid, records and registration, residential life/residential services, international student services, and diversity and community involvement, among others. She implemented a divisional strategic planning process that included division-wide goals and measures with built-in accountability checks at the department and staff levels. Ms. Lindke also reorganized the division to align with student-centered priorities to increase enrollment, improve retention and graduation rates, consolidate student affairs programs, and realize cost savings. Under her leadership, the university increased its student enrollment by nearly 11 percent over a three-year period, and increased the number of new students living on campus by 19 percent in just one year.


Ms. Lindke received her Master of Public Administration and bachelor's degrees from Eastern Michigan University.
